Tom is a veteran and an all-star. After my last tenant moved out of my house I built in 2004, it was time to sell. While bringing the house to sales condition, Tom stopped in to see how I was doing, and on his second visit, brought over an offer from first time buyers who were in love with the house. He represented both myself and the buyer and everyone was happy.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom on a recent transaction where I represented the seller and he represented the buyers. Prior to this, I had never met him before or spoken to him. Our listing generated multiple (strong) offers, but what really made him stand out was 1) his professionalism, 2)his offer was very clean (shows his experience), 3) his impeccable follow up 4) his dedication to his clients. The escrow was great and quite frankly, also enjoyable. Most importantly, both our clients were very happy. At closing I wanted to give him and his clients a closing gift, and we ended up talking for hours. I got to know him on a more personal level and he is an exceptional realtor. He puts 100% into everything that he does, he cares deeply about his clients and loves to help make their real estate dreams a reality. His previous career was being a teacher so I can see where the desire to teach and help comes from. He is also bilingual (fluent in Spanish!). I am truly grateful and honored I was able to work with an agent like Tom. If you are a seller, buyer, investor or relocating to the Santa Maria area, I would HIGHLY recommend Tom. I will start by saying Tom Brown is a true gentleman and professional. He helped me work through probably one of the most difficult periods of my life, specifically the passing of my father and the sale of his house. His knowledge of the area and services I required made many overwhelming issues much, much easier. His understanding of the process made every step clear. concise and easy to understand. His communication is probably his strongest skill, I believe we literally spoke almost every day, often more than once. It was sincerely one of the smoothest business transactions I've ever experienced. And most of all he understood the urgency I had to get it sold so I could begin the process of grieving for my dad, thank you Tom you're a good man and a great realtor.
